1). ok first thing you need on your pc is DeSume(DS Emulator for PC)

2).Then You need of course the PokemonBalck Rom

To play the game just drag the Pokemon.nds from the extraction to DeSume. but that we will do later, Ok.

First thing, You need Splashtop for Android,this is the app which will allow to stream your Pokemon Black which is emulated by your PC to your mobile Screen, it work without lags and you also get the sound as well..Download this through BalckMart

2). Now because Splashtop Do not posses any Game PAd , we will be using this app which will create a Touch GamePad. It called Game Keyboard, Download it and install it again from BlackMart on your phone. NOTE: Change Game Keybaord input back to the other one for e.g Samsung Keypad to regain your virtual keybaord


Note: Open this app and Follow the steps shown on your mobile

FINAL PART OF THE GUIDE:

1st thing open up Splashtop and follow the steps show on the screen. Once you did it you should see your Desktop on phone screen, 

You will see a small Keybaord icon on t\your scrren, touch it and your virtual keybaord on your phone will appear, .now this is where the App GameKeyboard come in play, change your input to GameKeybaord . and when you touch the keyboard icon in Splashtop, you should see The virtual Gamepad.

Next step, Run Desume on your Pc and go to Config, Control Config, and set up your controll using the Game Pad of GameKeybaord. Then all you need to do is to Emulate your pokemon game and Maximize the Window OF DeSume then Using Splashtop on your phone, zoom in by pinch to adjust till you get the best scrren experience.
